About Me

I’m an Assistant Teaching Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at UMBC and a Computer Science PhD student. My work sits where operating systems, security, and AI meet.

In the classroom, I teach operating systems through real Linux workflows, and I teach students to treat ethical reasoning as part of technical reasoning. Outside it, I make short video explainers so anyone learning OS can get unstuck.

My research looks at how to make AI and software systems secure and trustworthy. My recent paper maps the risks of LLM-enabled identity tools to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. I also bring industry experience in applied AI strategy, risk, and responsible deployment.
